Dispatch Schedule

At The Conscious Snack Co., our subscription snack boxes are dispatched once per month, on the 15th. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within the following timeframes:

• UK: 2–5 working days

• EU: 4–14 working days

• Rest of the world: 10–21 working days

Please note that delivery times outside the UK cannot be guaranteed, as customs processing and local postal services may cause delays.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the timeframes above, please wait 21 days from dispatch, then contact us at:

We will open an investigation with the postal service. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs or import fees may be charged once your parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

We cannot predict or control these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates.

Address Changes

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address.

Refunds & Exchanges

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges once your parcel has been dispatched. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
